With patience and understanding for small patients.
Besides the specialist knowledge, it’s the patience and understanding of children’s needs that let us – parents of two children- to make the doctor’s appointment not an unpleasant necessity.
Pediatrician
Agnieszka Purol
On a daily basis I work in outpatient care, examining healthy and sick children, from newborns to 18 years of age. I run health check-ups, qualify for vaccinations, diagnose infectious and chronic diseases.
At work, I focus on accuracy, I try to be patient, because I know that visiting a doctor is always stressful (for a child and a parent). I speak fluently English and German.
Children and adult Orthopedist
Maciej Purol
n my work I treat both children and adults. The youngest visit me in the first weeks of their life in order to exclude congenital defects of the hips, feet, or perinatal collarbone fractures. I help schoolchildren with sports overload, control their posture and treat any eventual pathological spine curvatures. I usually consult young adults in the field of overload changes and help seniors with joint pain related to their degeneration.
We educate and explain
During a visit and on our blog, that we create with children in mind.
We take
time
We hear and listen to the patient in order to help effectively.
With patience and empathy
The disease and disturbing symptoms cause stress – we try to reduce it.
With individual
approach
We know that every patient is unique and experiences difficulties in another way.
With a smile to the doctor
Your Child’s pediatrician or orthopedist consult
Every little patient is different- some are brave, contactful and co-work great with the doctor, others are shy, tearful, cuddled with their parents, they need more time to get convinced by us. Still others are agitated, sometimes a bit naughty. But we try to approach everyone differently, so that the visit is always associated positively and the sentence “we’re going to see the doctor ” will put a smile to the child’s face.
